    I-Pak/V100 is a powerful and easy to use system for high speed inspection of label codes.
  Acuity's proven Optical Character Verification(OCV) algorithms adapt to acceptable changes
  in preprinted or overprinted codes to reduce false rejects and provide fail-safe identification
  of incorrect or illegible characters. Inspection is performed using proven I-Pak font inspection
  algorithms.
  After the image is acquired,the designated search area is scanned to locate the code and
  establish its position and rotation. Character are checked for correctness and legibility.
  Special attention is paid to characters in which a subtle defect might cause it to be mistaken
  for different character, such as O vs.D or B vs. 8.
